Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Dewberries return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on within 15 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your dewberries account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

Return Policy

  1. Certain items like fashion accessories, hair accessories and bags cannot be exchanged or returned.
  2. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.
  3. Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  4. If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  5. Duration of return of good: Returns only withing 30 days of receipt of goods would be accepted.

Refund Policy

  1. Once your return is received by us, all refunds would be made on through online transfers through NEFT. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
  2. Duration: All the refunds would be made within 20 days of receipt of goods and upon the confirmation of condition of the goods receipt by dewberries.

  5. Mode Of Refund: All Refunds would only be made through online Trasfers NEFT in favour of the name on the invoice that was generated at the time of sales.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been placed on the website it can be cancelled only under the following circumstances:

  1. If the goods have not been shipped by Dewberries and the cancellation request is received by us. We would be able to cancel the order
  2. If we have shipped the goods the order cannot be cancelled
  3. All cancellation requests should be sent to Dewberries at
  4. All refunds related to cancellation would be made in adherence to the Refund Policy As mentioned above
  5. Duration: All Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the purchase of goods.
